Our corgi - coming two - has spent her whole life so far trying to chase long sticks, branches, tall grasses, rakes, push brooms, hose water...Her desire to herd is delightful and cool, but also borderline deranged at times. We've used other toys to teach impulse control, but the flirt pole is the first one that seems to channel her full desire. She absolutely loves this thing, which makes a flirt pole session a really excellent reward for other training. It's also a great way to tire her out physically and mentally. I hemmed and hawed about getting this because of the price and shipping costs, but it is absolutely 100 % worth it to me. It has been so great to have a safe, structured outlet to help tame our chasey maniac. If you're tired of your dog herding the broom, this might help.

The pole keeps unscrewing when i am playing with the toy.

Dogs love it. Heavy duty pole and they love the tug squeaker. Lots of play and reward with this flirt pole.

I waited patiently for this to come back into stock and I’m so pleased I did! It’s really sturdy and fit for purpose and the dogs love it! Being able to swap out the end is ideal, as fluffy doesn’t stay fluffy or squeaky for too long in this doggie household; albeit this is a stop and start toy, so it’ll definitely last longer than our beloved tug toys!

A great product kept both my puppy and 2 year old entertained for ages, easy to setup and maintain with good durability. my only criticism is as a left handed person the moulding is very pronounced and was uncomfortable to hold. I now end up holding it right at the bottom which doesn't give me as much control.

The pole makes using the lure much more flexible. The exercise my dog gets running around chasing the lure as the the pole is moved from side to side and the height she jumps to try to catch it is fantastic.

My dog is tough on chase toys. She loves this & what I think is brilliant is that you can buy the chase attachment separately rather than having to replace the whole thing. We are both enjoying this toy.

My pyppy seems to chew the elastic rather than the faux fur when catching it. Which is causing it to frey within a week.

It looks like fun but my dog is terrified of it. When it first arrived, he was curious but cautious. I introduced it as suggested and it became more enthusiastic and jumped up to grab it. However, his teeth landed on the metal connector and he freaked out from the sensation and the noise. Now when I pick it up to see if I can interest him, he runs away. Any suggestions gratefully received or return instructions. Gail
Thanks so much for letting us know. I’m really sorry to hear he got spooked — that sudden clink of the connector can be surprising for some dogs, especially if their teeth catch it unexpectedly.
A few dogs do bounce back with a gentle re‑introduction, so if you’d like to try again, you could start by placing the toy on the floor, letting him sniff it at his own pace, and rewarding any calm curiosity. Sometimes removing movement entirely for a session or two helps rebuild confidence.
If he’s still worried, no problem at all — we completely understand. I’ve sent over our returns instructions and returns policy, so you can pop it back to us whenever is easiest.

My Cockerpoo, Guinness, absolutely loves this new activity toy. He is a young dog with lots of energy. This toy keeps him alert, gives him exercise and provides us both with so much fun.

Great idea and it works well with my 1 year old Cavachon., Bruno. He loves it and gets very excited when I get it out and learned quickly to drop it so i could play again!

My tiny yorkie is only 2.7kg and this pole feels heavier! The description does not give a weight and I was surprised how heavy it was. Probably great for big strong dogs but it would be good if there was a lightweight version for small dogs
