Our 45 day Tug It + Love It Guarantee
Our goal is simple: for your dog to end up with a Tug‑E‑Nuff toy they truly love. If the first one isn’t the perfect match, we’ve got you.
You’re welcome to try the toy with your dog, and if it’s not the right fit, you can return it within 45 days of receiving it for store credit. A bit of slobber is totally expected - in fact, we welcome it!
Just send the toy back to us and we’ll make sure it gets a second life by donating used toys to a rescue shelter.
What’s not covered
Because our toys are designed for supervised, interactive play only, they are not covered if they’ve been:

left with your dog unsupervised

chewed, shredded, or destroyed

damaged through rough or inappropriate use

If your claim is approved we will send you details on how to post it back.
On receipt we’ll issue store credit for the value you paid for the toy so you can choose anything you like as a replacement. If you’d like advice on choosing the right toy for your dog’s play style, we’re always happy to help.
One credit per item applies within the 45‑day period. Return postage is covered by you unless the item is deemed faulty. For bundles or “buy X get Y free” offers, all items may need to be returned, or credit may be adjusted accordingly.
Purchased from another retailer ?
If you bought your Tug‑E‑Nuff toy from one of our authorised stockists, you can still use our Tug It + Love It Guarantee.
To assess your return, your proof of purchase must clearly show the retailer’s name, the date of purchase, the item purchased, and the price paid.
If your claim is approved, we’ll issue store credit for the toy’s current price on tug-e-nuff.com, which you can then use to choose a replacement toy that’s a better match for your dog.
